Visit https://tickets.2060digital.com/ and click on the 'new support ticket' button:
It will take you to a form you can fill out to request your graphic.
Let's go over a few of the form fields for clarity.
––––––––––
Requester – Hey, that's you! If you're not currently logged in, you'll want to add your email here.
Subject/Brief Description – Guess what? We've got a little hint in the field as to what you should put here. Follow that and you'll be good.
Type – Choose 'Graphic' (but you already knew that)
Market – Choose the market of the client that the graphic is for. This will help other people in that specific market/pod be able to see the tickets that are submitted for that market.
Requested Due Date – Add the date that you wish for a proof to be produced for your request. This should always, at minimum be 3 days out. If you need it sooner, it is a rush and should be sent through the appropriate channels (jhauck@2060digital.com) for a rush request.
If the date you chose was a 'like to have' and not a 'need to have' and you want to let us know, you can check the 'date flexible' box so we know we can move it to the next day if we've got a large influx of tickets for that day.
Also, we wrote another article all about requested due dates! You can view that here: https://tickets.2060digital.com/support/solutions/articles/43000475708-due-date-best-practices
You can learn more about due dates/timelines here: https://tickets.2060digital.com/support/solutions/articles/43000475697-lead-times-for-graphics-display-animation-video-email-
Reason for Ticket – What do you need? Depending on your choice here some wizardry will occur and you might get asked a few more questions. Usually, it's just clarification of what sizes you need... there's only one way to find out!
Comments – Please detail your design request along with approved copy.
It is helpful to include:
- Goal/Purpose of Graphics
- Client Website URL
- Client Branding/Previous Ads
Attach Files – If you have brand guidelines, logos, photos, examples ad, etc upload them here.
Submit – Submit your request. You should receive acknowledgement of your submission and your ticket will show up in the designers queue on the requested due date was requested.
